What is Lemon Law?

The California Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, more commonly known as the "Lemon Law," provides protection for California consumers who purchase or lease a vehicle that is still under warranty.

Defect not repaired?

If your vehicle has a defect and the manufacturer has not been able to repair it after a certain number of attempts or amount of time, then the Lemon Law requires the manufacturer to either repurchase or replace the vehicle.​

You may get money

Under the law, you may also be entitled to recover additional money, and have your attorney's fees and costs paid for by the manufacturer.
